– خريجى جميع الكليات من الجامعات المصرية أو ما يعادلها دفعات 2011 و 2012 و 2013
– تقدير تراكمى لا يقل عن جيد
– اجتياز الاختبارات المؤهلة للبرنامج
– الحصول على شهادة تويفل بحد أدنى 550 درجة
– التفرغ الكامل أثناء فترة التدريب
– تحديد الموقف من التجنيد للذكور
– التأهيل للحصول على درجة الماجستير فى العديد من الجامعات الأجنبية
